High School Equivalency (GED)
The High School Equivalency (HSE) program prepares students for a Texas Certificate of High School Equivalency exam (GED, and HiSET tests). Classes are offered at no cost and includes basic reading, writing, math, social studies, and science in a classroom environment. They are held throughout the entire year and are self-paced to allow students to work at their own speed. We accept new students every month.
Celebration Ceremony
Every year the Adult Education Program holds a Celebration Ceremony for students who complete their high school equivalency test.
National Adult Education Honor Society (NAEHS)
Adult Education students are nominated by their instructor for the NAEHS. The purpose of the society is to provide recognition to highly successful students.
